To activate SolidCAM Online:
To activate a SolidCAM product key Offline, please follow the following steps:
- Open the license wizard from Start->All Programs->SolidCAM->Software license
- Open “Offline Activation” tab.
- Press “Create C2V” and select where you want to save the file.
- Send the “.C2V” file to [email protected]
- We will send the C2V to SolidCAM for them to process and in return, we will send you a “.V2C” file.
To install the “.V2C” file on the local PC, please follow these steps:
*If you have a network license, please see the instructions at the bottom of the page.
- Open the license wizard from Start->All Programs->SolidCAM->Software license
- Open “Offline Activation” tab.
- Press “Activate V2C” and select the .v2c file.

*To update your SolidCAM network activation with a V2c file, go through the following steps:
- Open the license manager from internet connection required)
- Click “Browse” or “Choose File” and select the V2C file.
- Click on “Apply File”.
